Terms of Service
These rules apply to all users of Atlantis. Anyone who does not comply with this may be exposed to suspension of their access to the various Atlantis services (site, discord, game server).
Article 1 : General
- All users registered on Atlantis or connected to the site, discord and our game server are affected by the following terms of use.
- Atlantis reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time.
- Accounts that do not meet the following conditions can be banned for a fixed period, or permanently. The sanctions are defined completely arbitrarily.
- Access to the server requires a completely free prior registration. Therefore, the staff reserves the exclusive right to refuse access to a user or group of users temporarily or definitively without any justification.
- Atlantis is in no way affiliated with Ankama.
Article 2 : Property
- The sale, exchange, and resale of Atlantis accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Identity theft of any user is strictly prohibited (staff member, any player/user).
- The user is solely responsible for his account and its security, he is therefore responsible for all actions carried out with it. Atlantis cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access to your account and any loss of virtual items/currencies associated with it.
Article 4 : Behavior
- Any kind of advertising (for another server or a third party service) is not tolerated on our various services (site, discord, game server) and can result to heavy sanctions and/or a definitive ban and without appeal.
- Offensive, insulting, racist, sexist, harassment, anti-semitism messages or any other form of disrespect towards a member can result to heavy sanctions and/or a definitive ban from our services.
- All forms of harassment and provocation towards a member of the staff and/or any member is strictly prohibited and will result in sanctions and/or a definitive ban from our services.
- The flood/spam of messages in various channels, in-game and on our discord will result in sanctions and/or a definitive ban from our services.
- Modification of the Atlantis game client and its files is strictly prohibited and will result in sanctions and/or definitive ban from our services.
- It's strictly prohibited to use software of any kind that allows cheating and/or the automation of tasks.
- It's strictly prohibited to take the advantage of a bug/flaw (usebug) and can resultat to definitive ban and without appeal. If you are aware of a bug (usebug), a flaw and/or exploit on our services, you have the obligation to report it directly to our support and/or to contact a member of our staff via discord.
Article 5 : Donation
- Atlantis assumes no financial obligation regarding the donations.
- The user must be over 18 to be eligible to donate to Atlantis.
- Atlantis is not responsible for unauthorized donations.
- All donations and in-game purchases are final and under no circumstances can there be a refund or opposition, for any reason. If ever you do not receive your rewards during a donation, we invite you to contact a member of our staff via discord.
- Selling, trading and/or reselling Atlantis gift code and virtual items/currency by any means is not permitted and will result in severe penalties and/or permanent ban from our services.
- Atlantis can stop its activities at any time, purchases are final and without possibility of refund.

Privacy Policy
The following information describes Atlantis guidelines for the processing and use of data relating to the various services offered by Atlantis (site, discord, game server).
Article 1 : General
- By accessing the Atlantis, data is automatically transferred to Atlantis by the browser, in particular the IP address, the date and time of access, the access status/HTTP status code, the type of browser, version, operating systems and language.
